We believe that your pediatric dentist should have a great passion for pediatric dentistry

At Rockville Pediatric Dental, we understand that your child’s first experiences in a dental office can set the tone for a lifetime of dental care.  Our dedication to making a lasting impact in the oral health of the children in our local community and region is what sets us apart from many other offices. Serving pediatric dentistry for Rockville, Bethesda, Gaithersburg, Potomac, and Silver Spring MD!

Every child is unique – and that is why our team is committed to providing individualized care that best suits the needs of your child.  Our pediatric dental team devotes many hours to educating ourselves on the newest treatments and procedures that will benefit our patients.  We strive to provide you with treatment options that best fit your child’s unique needs.

We believe that your child should have a great experience at the dentist

Delivering great service and providing exceptional care requires a team that is committed to serving the needs of our patients.  We carefully select team members that will foster a nurturing environment for your child and be an overall great match for them.  We hope that you will find our team to be warm, compassionate, and fun.  Many of our team members chose to work with us because of our commitment to educating the next generation of dental professionals. With the skills and experiences they acquire working at RPD, many of our former team members have gone on to careers as dental hygienists and dentists.

We believe your child should have a great pediatric dentist

Our pediatric dentists are committed to our patients as well as to the local dental community.  During their careers, they have benefited greatly from the mentorship of many great dentists and want to provide these same experiences to the next generation of dental professionals.  They dedicate time every month to teach in the pediatric dental program at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and they also regularly mentor dental students and college students seeking a career in the dental profession.  Our pediatric dentists have also taken leadership positions in many local dental organizations to advocate for pediatric patients throughout the state of Maryland.

We believe we do a lot of things well.  Two of the services that our colleagues refer their patients to us for are moderate sedation and infant frenectomy.

Comfort & Care with Sedation Dentistry

At Rockville Pediatric Dental, we prioritize your child’s comfort and safety during every visit. Our sedation options provide a calm and stress-free experience for even the most anxious little patients.

Helping Kids Thrive with Frenectomy

All infants are born with soft tissues, called frena, under their tongue, upper lip, and in their cheeks. When these tissues cause difficulty for an infant with breastfeeding or cause a child to have speech or feeding issues, they are called tethered oral tissues.
